We keep returns fair, clear, and friendly. Because your dog’s wellness (and your experience) matters.
Return window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition of returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unopened, in original condition
- Packaging must be intact
- Returns must include all items from the original order
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll of course fix it right away.
First-time satisfaction support
If your dog doesn’t love their Wuffa chews, reach out to us.
We’ll always do our best to find a good solution, no stress, no judgment.
How to start a return
Returns are simple:
- Email us at support@wuffa.co
- Include your order number and the reason for return
- We’ll reply within 24 hours on weekdays
- You’ll receive instructions + the return address
- Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing time is usually 3–5 business days after we receive the returned items.
Shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the issue was our mistake
If your order arrived damaged or items were missing, we will cover all costs.

We’ll help you arrange a smooth exchange.
If something went wrong
We’re very sorry if your order arrived incomplete or damaged.
Email us and we’ll fix it immediately. Replacements ship fast and free.
Subscription orders
You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time.
If there’s an issue with a subscription delivery, just reach out, we’ll sort it out quickly.
