OVERVIEW

Welcome to Wuffa. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Wuffa (Molly Labs AB). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, and any related features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to operate our online store.

By visiting or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.


1. Eligibility, Access & Account

You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence to use the Services, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
You represent that all information you provide is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.


2. Our Products

We aim to display products accurately, but appearance may vary due to device settings.

Product descriptions, availability, pricing, and formulations may change without notice.

Our supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Consult a veterinarian if unsure whether a product is appropriate for your dog.

We may limit sales of certain products by quantity, region, or customer.


3. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to stock availability, errors, suspected fraud, or other reasonable grounds.

Your purchases must be for personal use only. Your rights to withdrawal and return are described in our Return & Refund Policy and applicable EU consumer law.


4. Prices, Payment & Billing

Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated but exclude shipping, customs, and duties.
We may change prices without prior notice. The price at checkout is the price you will pay.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

Promotions may be subject to separate terms. If conflicts arise, the promotion terms apply.


5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events.

Under EU consumer rules:

  • Risk transfers to you when the goods are delivered to you (or someone you designate).
  • If you choose your own carrier (not offered by us), risk transfers when we hand the goods to that carrier.

6. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal Terms

Certain products are available as subscriptions (“Subscription”). By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to the following:

6.1 Auto-Renewal

Your Subscription renews automatically at the interval selected at checkout (e.g., every 15, 30, 45, or 60 days) until cancelled.

You authorize Wuffa and our payment processor to charge your saved payment method for each renewal cycle.

6.2 Billing & Notifications

Before each renewal, you will receive an email (from Wuffa) showing:

  • The upcoming charge date
  • The next delivery
  • The amount to be billed
  • A link to manage your Subscription

6.3 Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel, pause, skip deliveries, change frequency, or update payment/shipping details at any time through your customer portal or by emailing support@wuffa.co.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made before the renewal is processed.

There is no minimum commitment.

6.4 Price Changes

If Subscription pricing changes, we will notify you in advance. New pricing applies only to future renewal cycles.

6.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, our payment provider may retry automatically. If retries fail, your Subscription may be paused or cancelled.

6.6 Returns for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
Opened supplement items may only be refunded under our Satisfaction Guarantee (more than 50% of product remaining). Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to the customer’s first purchase of each SKU, including first-time subscription deliveries. The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to subsequent subscription renewal shipments.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services—including text, images, graphics, videos, product data, and trademarks—is the property of Wuffa or our licensors (including Shopify) and is protected under Swedish and international intellectual property law.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
No license is granted to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works without written permission.


8. Optional Tools & Third-Party Services

We may provide access to tools or integrations offered by third parties. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not monitor or control these tools and are not responsible for issues arising from their use.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.


9. Third-Party Links

We may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.


10. Relationship with Shopify

Shopify hosts our e-commerce platform. All purchases are made directly from Wuffa (Molly Labs AB), not from Shopify.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with Wuffa.

11. Privacy & Personal Data

Your personal data is processed according to:

Your data may be transferred outside the EU, subject to GDPR safeguards.
By using the Services, you consent to these data practices.


12. Reviews & Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, reviews, or ideas (“Feedback”) that you submit may be used by Wuffa for any purpose. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, and display such content.

You represent that you own or have rights to submit this Feedback and that it does not infringe third-party rights. We may moderate or remove Feedback that violates these Terms or applicable law.


13. Errors & Inaccuracies

The Services may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, including in pricing, descriptions, promotions, and availability.
We may correct such issues and cancel affected orders at our discretion.


14. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate laws or infringe rights
  • Harass, harm, or abuse others
  • Upload malware or malicious code
  • Conduct fraudulent activities
  • Collect personal data unlawfully
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass security measures
  • Interfere with the functioning of the Services

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your access.


15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons.

Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and other enduring rights continue after termination.


16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under Swedish or EU law. If a product is faulty, you may have rights under Konsumentköplagen.


17. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Consumer rights under mandatory law

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • We are not liable for loss of profits, income, data, or savings
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Wuffa and Shopify for losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services, except where consumer law prohibits such indemnification.


19. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.


20. Waiver & Entire Agreement

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
These Terms, together with our policies, form the entire agreement between you and Wuffa.


21. Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
We may assign these Terms without notice.


22. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

Disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts.
EU consumers may alternatively bring disputes in their home country, as permitted by EU law.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise required by law.

Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
