Cancellation policy

Some products in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try before you buy. This policy explains how each purchase option works, and how you can change or cancel your order in accordance with Swedish and EU consumer law.


1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency you selected at checkout.

1.1 Billing & Charges

  • Your payment method will be stored securely by our payment provider.
  • You will be charged automatically for each renewal shipment unless you cancel beforehand.
  • Before each renewal, you will receive an email notification showing the next charge date, amount, and a link to manage your subscription.

1.2 Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel, pause, skip a delivery, or change frequency at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us at support@wuffa.co.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, any changes must be made before the renewal order is processed.

There is no minimum commitment.

1.3 Returns, Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee 

  • Subscription renewals that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless the item is defective.
  • Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to your first purchase of each SKU, including the first subscription delivery.
  • The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to subsequent subscription shipments.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders let you purchase an item that is out of stock or not yet released.

2.1 Payment

At checkout, we may:

  • Collect full payment, or
  • Collect a partial deposit and store your payment method for later charging

You will be charged for the remaining balance when the item is ready to ship.

2.2 Fulfillment

Estimated shipping dates are shown on the product page and at checkout. These are estimates and may change.

Your entire order may ship together once all items are available unless stated otherwise.

2.3 Cancelling a Pre-Order

You may cancel a pre-order any time before it has been fulfilled.

  • Delivery timelines provided for subscriptions and pre-orders are estimates and may vary.
  • All returns and refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under Swedish or EU law.
