Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Wuffa. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver your order, including processing times, shipping fees, pre-orders, subscription shipments, and your rights under Swedish/EU consumer law.
Wuffa is operated by Molly Labs AB (Sweden).
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
- Sweden
- EU member states
If shipping to your country becomes unavailable at checkout, it means we do not currently support delivery to that destination.
2. Processing Times
In-stock products
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
During peak periods, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Weekend and holiday orders
Orders placed after 12:00 CET on Fridays, or during public holidays, begin processing on the next business day.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
Typical delivery windows:
- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- Nordic region: 2–5 business days
- Rest of EU: 3–7 business days
These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Carriers may experience delays outside our control (weather, customs, seasonal peaks).
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on:
- Delivery location
- Order weight and size
- Chosen carrier or delivery method
Occasional free-shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly displayed.
5. Pre-Orders
Some products may be offered as pre-orders.
Pre-order items will display an estimated shipping window on the product page and at checkout.
Please note:
- Estimated dates are not guaranteed
- Your entire order will ship together once all items are available (unless stated otherwise)
- You will receive an email notification when your pre-order ships
- You may cancel your pre-order any time before it ships
If you need part of your order earlier, please place separate orders.
6. Subscription Shipments
If you subscribe to a product, your subscription renews at the delivery frequency you selected.
Each shipment follows:
- Our standard 1–2 day processing time
- The same delivery time estimates listed above
Before each renewal, you will receive an email reminder with:
- Next charge date
- Next delivery date
- A link to modify, skip, or cancel your subscription
You must make changes before the renewal is processed.
Subscription renewals that have already shipped cannot be refunded, unless the item is defective (see our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take several hours to appear depending on the carrier.
8. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- Delivery may be delayed
- The carrier may return the package
- Re-shipping fees may apply
We cannot reroute orders once they have been handed to the carrier.
9. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost:
- Contact support@wuffa.co
- We will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier
- Replacements or refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Carriers consider a parcel officially “lost” only after their investigation concludes.
10. Damaged Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with:
- Order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the product
We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Risk of Loss
Under EU consumer law, risk of loss transfers to you:
- When the goods are delivered to you or a person you designate
- NOT when handed to the carrier (unless you chose your own carrier independently)
If you instruct a neighbour or delivery service to accept your parcel, delivery is considered completed once handed to them.
12. Customs, VAT & Import Duties
For orders within the EU, no customs fees or additional VAT will be charged.
For destinations outside the EU (if enabled in the future), customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes.
